Amplemarket offers multiple integrations for a seamless connection between our tool and your CRM. Most users (ourselves included) use our CRM as the source of truth, and we encourage you to configure your settings for the same level of confidence.
All contacts and activities taking place in Amplemarket can be synced with one of our three native integrations: Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zendesk Sell. After you’ve connected your CRM, you can decide which information and activities will be pushed out of Amplemarket.
If you use a different CRM in your workflow, you can still integrate! There are a few possibilities you can try out. You could log emails with our BCC functionality, leverage our JSON data, or set up Zapiers to push specific activities.
A final note: only Amplemarket admin accounts have access to view and alter CRM integration settings. For detailed explanations of these settings, head over to our Knowledge Base via the question mark icon in the upper right corner.
