- From a logistical perspective, what happens when a lead does not reply to a multi-channel sequence? They are marked as recently contacted and excluded from future sequences for the amount of time set in your Safety Settings.
- Can you override this exclusion? Yes. When you start a sequence, untoggle the 'Advanced Settings' and untick the recently contacted box.
